When businesses are born out of passion (as they often are), it's easy to focus on creating and delivering value. But if we aren't also focusing on sales, we risk failing to capture value that turns that passion into a business. Even if you have a sales team, if it's your business, you are the Chief Salesperson.
At our September meeting we're going in deep to find out how we really feel about sales, confront the things that are stalling our revenue engines, and learn strategies for selling like a boss in any industry.
